Feel depressed, all the time..suicidal thoughts since age 10?
Ok, well, here goes. My life has kind of sucked, since I was very young. I’m 16; my father was a sperm donor, so it’s just been my mother and I my whole life. I grew up in a trailer park, but when I was 9, my mother got a brain tumor. It was partially removed via surgery, but a portion was unable to be removed for fear of severing the significant blood vessel onto which the tumor had grown. For further correction, she was treated with radiation. This left her with debilitating headaches as a prolonged side effect. She has a family history of migraines, they have plagued her occasionaly since her twenties. The radiation treatment aggravated this, to a great extent. My mother could hardly function properly, and now, in addition, on any given day she could be crippled by an intense migraine headache. For a while, we lived off social security and food stamps. I was embarassed to bring friends to my home, as it was a rather old and beat up trailer. In 6th grade, we moved one town over, because we couldn’t afford our rent anymore. Our only option was a home for the elderly and disabled, because our rent would scale with income. As you can likely imagine, I was further embarassed to bring friends back to my place. This left me slightly socially awkward, as I was fairly shy. A few years later me moved down the street to another set of apartments that this same company managed. It was much older, though it was more cozy. I finally didn’t have to take an elevator to my own house! I was moderately less embarassed to bring people over. But that happiness did not last long. Our neighbors that lived in the apartment above us had mental illnesses, and were extremely stubborn in general. They would refuse to sleep in the night time, like the rest of the world; they had to sleep during the day and everyone else *had* to shut their damn mouths, sit in a corner and suck their thumbs all day so they wouldn’t be disturbed. Reality check, bitches. As well, they were not quiet people. They would bang and stomp all night long. When they were mad at us for waking them up during the day, they would stand above one of our bedrooms at 3 or 4 am and drop a bowling ball multiple times; it was quite obnoxious. Once, they even called the cops on me for watching TV too loud dduring the day. I assure you, it was no higher than 15 decibals. One of the two was bipolar; the other had a social disorder. On average, I got 1-2 hours of inconsecutive sleep each night. As you can imagine, come thursday or friday, it became extremely difficult to drag my ass out of bed. This led to me missing alot of school, which led to more social awkwardness. Just recently we moved back to the first apartment complex that this management company owns. Once again I am embarassed to bring friends to my house, and under no conditions would I bring a girl back to my place here. For one, it’s full of old ladies; some are insane, literally. They have nothing better to do with their lives than sit in the middle of the hallways on the recliner chairs watching everyone, then gossip about it later that night in the community room downstairs. Imagine how quickly word would get around were I to bring a girl to my place? That leads to an extremely awkward conversation that I don’t feel like having with my mother. I spend alot of time on my own, though inside, I crave positive attention. I’m extremely lonely, and my moderate shyness is not helping. Puberty was, and is, fairly difficult to go on your own. Sometimes I get sexual urges that are just so strong, there’s absolutely no point in fighting it. The use of the internet to.."fix" that problem doesn’t really help, either - it only makes me crave the real thing even more. As well, because of my slight social awkwardness, pubescent laziness, and lack of challenging material, I’ve always despised school. Yet every morning I still drag my ass out of bed and force myself through another awful day. My grades have been slipping lately, because I just don’t care anymore. Sure, college is in the back of my mind screaming at me to get off my lazy ass, but I have no motivation. Life just sucks. Well..I’ve felt slightly depressed for quite a long time, though it wasn’t until recently that I’ve lost most regard for my personal safety or wellbeing. When I was younger, my grandmother would often bring me by my cousin’s place to visit my aunt, her two daughters and her son, Charlie, whom we all called Chaz. Charlie was always more like a father to me than a cousin; whenever I came around, he just dropped whatever it was he was doing and took me to play basketball next door or would try to teach me to play the electric guitar. But about a month ago, his apartment burned down, and he never made it out. My mother was seriously affected by his death, and she talks about him almost daily. you’ve had a rough upbringing.. its good you’ve managed to write down your thoughts, i’d say before you start to change your life you should find a way to channel your emotions and depression.

maybe you could even write a novel about your experiences as you seem quite good at wording what you want to say if you try. it’ll get things off your chest.

later on you need to try stop using your past as a reason to feel down and out. change the way you think about the situations your in and only make the best of it. think positively. you are in school, work hard and use it as a temporary escape.

doing well, despite circumstances makes you a strong man.

It’s very unfortunate, but nevertheless a reality. Life is sometimes a bit**. You are justified in feeling worried or uncertain about things, we all do, but MUST COPE. There is no other way but to stand strong, re-assure youself, and survive. Yet, we can pause for moments of grief and anxiety, as long as we do not dwell on them, or let our fears take over. Obviously you are sensitive, and would rather succeed and feel better, if not happy most of the time? Perhaps you can share this with a teacher, priest, pastor, friend or relative, doctor or psycholgist. It may just be a chemical imbalance with serotonin, dopamine and endorphins. The appropriate medications are SSRI’s, or I prefer one little Mirtazapine pill, see a doctor and get started building your future.

Greatest Tag Team Ever?
I have seen A LOT of great tag teams, but have whittled down my list to a few. If you want to throw in your team into the fray - I will consider it.
NOTE = Anyone saying Michaels/ Jannetty or Rock and Sock or Edge/Christian knows NOTHING about wrestling and is disqualified for being de da dees.
GREAT TEAMS that did not make it like Fabulous Freebirds, The Gangstas, Four Horsemen, the original DX, ANYONE partnered with Andre and others deserve mention.
THE HART FOUNDATION : Team that had power with the Anvil, but executed supremely due to the Dungeon. Bretts glory years in the WWF might have been his years as Champ as a tag team over Heavyweight champ. A FUN team to watch when on, which was often!
LEGION OF DOOM: PURE POWER! Hawk was the risk taker in their beginning, but as time moved on, they became more grounded on the mat and limited. A very popular team to millions. Animal was as strong as anyone on the roster.
SABU and RVD: Most EXTREME Team EVER! Before Sabu broke his neck again vs. Taz, this team was beyond insane in Phillys little bingo hall. They would dive 7-10 rows deep into the crowd multiple times a match, each time adding a twist to their dives trying to out do each other. The barb wire matches showed they were more that high flying pretty boys too!
THE DUDLEY BOYZ (ECW EDITION): If you ever saw the Dudley Family with Big Dick Dudley, Sign Guy, Dudley Dudley, LIl’ Snot Dudley, Chubby Dudley with their dad, Big Daddy Dudley, then you had F-U-N! Eventually the Dudleys got serious and MEAN! They pared the family down to DeVon, Buh Buh, Big Dick and Spike with Sign Guy as their manager. They were vile, rude, antagonistic and EXTREME! The craziest match I saw was when THE ORIGINAL GANGSTA jumped about 80 feet in the air (the equivalent of 4 ladders stacked on top of each other) on top of Buh Buh laying on a table. Neither moved for quite a long time! The Dudleys won the ECW tag team belts eight times! Team 3D is the only tag team in professional wrestling history to have held the WWF/World Tag Team Championship, World_Tag_Team_Championship, WWE Tag Team Championship, WCW Tag Team Championship, ECW Tag Team Championship, NWA World Tag Team Championship, TNA Tag Team Championship, AJPW World’s Strongest Tag Team League 27s_Strongest_Tag_Team_League, & Hustle Super Tag Team Championship.
They won the WWE/World Tag Team belts eight times as well. Maybe the most popular heel team ever!
MR. FUJI & PROFESSOR TANAKA: One of only three teams to win the WWF tag titles three separate times (DEMOLITION, WILD SAMOANS) who got by on power and with the knowledge they had. These guys loves playing dirty and stretching the rules. Tanaka was the consummate general while the wild Mr. Fuji threw salt into opponents to blind them. Top notch heels!
THE UNDERTAKER and KANE: A short lived run, but fun while it lasted. One of the biggest teams ever, they used power mainly. There is always the possibility of reunion as each wrestler ages. If they ever got serious and practiced, they would dominate the weak tag team division presently in the WWE.
KURT ANGLE and CHRIS BENOIT: VERY short lived team that immediately went down as perhaps the most technically sound mat wrestling team ever. The mixture of Angles Olympic style wrestling with Benoits Hart Dungeon training worked very well together. Probably will never be duplicated, since Benoit was the last graduate of the now defunct Hart Dungeon. They had enough power to go with all the moves. May be able to beat every team I’ve listed due to their technical prowess.
DEMOLITION : WWE Magazine ranks this team as the greatest ever for good reason. They won their belts the first time in an era of great tag teams like no other and since never duplicated. Demolition ran roughshod over the rest of the tag team division, holding the titles for a record 478 days! Teams like Strikeforce, Twin Towers, Hart Foundation, The Brainbusters, The Colassal Connection to name just a few. Ax developed heart problems, so Smash was given a new partner named Crush. They regained the belts for a short time, but soon disbanded. The original DEMOLITION with Ax and Smash had a deadly finishing move that soon was banned after almost ending Rick Martel of Strikeforces career. THE DEMOLITION DECAPITATION was a move where Ax would hold the victim face up on his knee after giving him a back breaker. Smash would jump from the top rope and supply an elbow drop into the victims throat, usually causing the victim to do a 360 flip. DEMOLITION did the move on Martel from the top rope to the floor outside the ring, causing many to believe Martel was dead at the time. Known for their fluidity and technical skills, the Andersons had a large stable in the NWA, which was later supplemented by their off spring. The Anderson family is to NWA as what the Hart family was to WWE. The best came from these families.

The Towering Inferno was a favorite with a pendulum back breaker by Stevie followed by a leg drop from the top rope by Booker. The Harlem Hangover was as effective too, a belly to back suplex by Stevie Ray, followed by a somersault leg drop combination by Booker T. Booker went on the win the WCW Heavyweight title five times before enjoying success in the WWE. Stevie retired and co-runs a wrestling school with Booker. Thus far, their top student to have made it is THE BOOGEYMAN, who Stevie still trains.

The Greatest Tag Team of All Time is "LOD" The Road Warriors. Hawk and Animal. The are the only true Tag Team that held every Major Wrestling Tag Title. AWA, NWA, WWF, WCW and the also won the very first Crockett Cup and Tag Champs in Japan. They are the only true grandslam tag champs. Here are some close seconds Freebirds Micheal Hayes and Bam Bam Terry Gordy, Tully Blanchard and Arn Anderson, Midnight Express, Nikita and Ivan Koloff, and The Strieners, Doom Butch Reed and Ron Simmons, Rockin Roll Express and The Skyscrapers Davey Spivey and Sid Vicious.
I can understand why Rick and Scott Steiner slamed Team 3-D the only really won 2 titles ECW and WWE. zombies are mainly about explosive offense, so i suggest using the first deck since i had my own experience with Zombie mills; and it does have its own inconsistencies. The Earthbound ZOmbies i give it a 8.5, because the cards present offer consistent creature resiliency and excellent Spell/Trap Control; it definitely should work.

I too run a Zombie Deck bent on just attacking; no Synchros no DaDs no Plaguespreaders. And i’ve gotta say old-fashioned beatdowns are cool ( Turn 3 KOs. )

To get their own land back. Israel was formed in the early 1900s by expelling the Palestinians from their own land. How would you feel if you were expelled from you’re own house and the squatters claiming it as their own, and then passing an illegal law that makes the squatters legally own you’re house?

Did you know that most of the Israeli’s now living in Israel are NOT the ones mentioned in the bible? They were immigrants scattered from all over the world that were called upon to settle in the newly created Israel just during the early 1900s. Also, why are you bringing the Roman invasion that happened thousands of years ago into this? I’m confused. Many places in the US, such as the island of Manhattan, was created by expelling or killing the Native American’s just over 200 years ago; yet nobody talks about giving them back their own land. Is history bound to repeat itself? We’re all hoping that it won’t, but it already is.

Its like the Native Americans all over again. The Palestinians had been leaving in their land for hundreds of years, yet suddenly they have to evacuate their own home, their own land to make room for immigrants coming in from other parts of the world? Anger does not even begin to describe what they are still feeling now.

CryptKeeper has a piece of it right. It is a land dispute with Israel. However Israel occupied the land originally. The Assyrians conquered and destroyed the northern kingdom of Israel in about 722 BC (about 2700 years ago). The Babylonians destroyed Jerusalem in 586 BC (about 2600 years ago). Jerusalem and the Temple were later rebuilt but were destroyed again, this time by the Romans in 70 AD. In 135 AD, the Romans again attacked and destroyed Jerusalem. In 1516, the Land of Israel became a part of the Ottoman Empire, which ruled the region until the 20th century. Israel was not reborn until 1947 when the UN stepped in and partitioned Palestine into a Jewish state, an Arab state, and a UN-administered Jerusalem.

So yes the Arabic Palestinians want nothing more that the utter destruction of Israel, but the world should realize that the land was Israel’s to begin with.

I live in WI but work FL. My job requires that I work in high crime areas. Can I get a concealed carry permit?
I travel to Florida for 1 week per month and my job requires me to work in HIGH crime areas. I have read on certain web sites that you need to reside in Florida to get a concealed carry permit, yet no where on the application instructions can I find that you need to be a resident of FL.

Do you have to be a FL resident to get a permit?

And if the answer is yes, is there a board you apply for a waiver?

Some states don’t require you to have a permit to carry a weapon, I live in Florida and Florida is one of the states that do. You can apply for a permit at any gun shop in Florida.
